All about Grace Point 30A Next to WaterSound Beach
Grace Point 30A is a new development between The Hub and WaterSound Beach. It is the last south side 30A sliver of land yet to be developed which makes it a really special project.
There are 3 phases to the Grace Point development. Phase one includes 28 single family home sites and is currently in progress. Phase 2 is the development of the southern portion of the property and is referred to as their Gulf Front offering. It will consist of 7 single family home sites that take advantage of wonderful ocean views and slightly larger lot sizes. Phase 3 will be on the north side of the development and will most likely begin sometime in 2019.
On a perfect, blue sky day in mid-April Grace Point 30A officially launched and we were there to capture it all as you’ll see in our montage video. The official groundbreaking ceremony took place at the new gate (on the southwest side of the property) that connects Grace Point with WaterSound Beach Club. Short speeches were made by a collection of Grace Point developers, architects and real estate agents. That was followed by the official shoveling of the dirt to break ground on what is sure to be an amazing South Walton community.
After the groundbreaking ceremony, the party moved poolside at the WaterSound Beach Club. Grace Point 30A launch partygoers were treated to an open bar, appetizers, live music and great comradery. Grace Point 30A is highly unique to other new developments in the area in that owners have full access to the WaterSound Beach Club and all of the amenities that go along with it.
WaterSound Beach Club Amenities…
- Private boardwalk access to WaterSound Beach with golf cart tram service

It was a really fun afternoon and the turnout for the party was impressive. There were people of all ages at the event. A really nice crew from one of the local Panama City Beach news stations was even in attendance covering the Grace Point groundbreaking ceremony.
