30A Seacrest Beach Drone View
Seacrest Beach is one of the more popular neighborhoods on scenic 30A. It's nestles in between Rosemary Beach to the east and Alys Beach to the west. Seacrest Beach is a great family vacation spot. In this Seascrest Beach aerial video you'll see most of the beach town including the huge neighborhood Lagoon Pool.
Seacrest Beach is probably the most family friendly 30A East beach town. Unlike it's neighbor to the east, Rosemary Beach, the Seacrest neighborhood is well spaced out so that you never feel like your staying right on top of people. Many of the vacation rental houses in Seacrest have private pools and outdoor living and grill space. Another element that makes Seacrest so family friendly is that the rentals are much cheaper than Alys and Rosemary Beach yet you're literally right in the middle of the 30A East action.
Getting to and from the beach is easier in Seacrest than anywhere else due to the free TRAM service. The tram has pickup and drop off locations throughout the neighborhood that will take you to the beach or lagoon pool which is super convenient. The Gulf access point for Seacrest is through the Villas at Sunset Beach south side 30A community.
You'll find a bunch of fun boutique shops and tasty restaurants in the Peddler Pavilion area of Seacrest Beach. Some of my favorite places to eat include Acme Ice House, La Cocina and Pizza by the Sea. You'll also find a bike rental, outdoor pub, candy store and more in the Seacrest Village. Most of the vacation rentals in Seacrest Beach include complementary bikes so exploring all the 30A east area has to offer is fun and easy.
